When i arrived at the hotel my room was twin bed but i needed one with a king size bed so i go to the reception and i found Mr.Ahmed ibrahim and Mr. islam ali and both were smiley and very helpful also Mr saed from bell service special thanks to all of you, you made my stay. The atmosphere is really nice i love it. I really recommended this hotel for everyone. They are excellent.
The place,sea & pool are great.
Most of the saff in par or in restaurant are not qulified to deal with foriegn people( don't know English).
A/C in loppy not work good.
You have a boiler in room but not have tea,nescafe nor sugar.
In par they use unknown brands of drinks( tea,coffe,cola,milk....etc)
Non variable kinds of food every day.
The problem I think is the mangement
Firstly we were the only 2 British people in the hotel and only the second in July and August. It is just not equipped for our food tastes or our standards of cleanliness. I understand it is old and tired but it should be clean. I have never known so much litter everywhere. The constant harassment of the Egyptian guests for photos make you feel hounded they mean well but it is weird. Staff are lovely but they are fighting a losing battle.
Please be aware that this Hotel does not check employees references and it does employ criminals. Also ppl without qualification give expensive PADI courses. Ali Baba is giving PADI courses he is neither qualified nor allowed in any way to conduct these courses. Guests are charged the professional rates! Always ask for qualifications and check the number in the Computer. This Hotel does not comply in any way or even cares about PADI standards. My advise, don't go for a holiday to this Hotel if you like to keep your money and you like to stay safe.
Animation team is great, very active and brings the place an awesome spirit. They take us each night to dance in the lobby however because the disco isnt available for maintanance. The show every night is fun and the children dance in the mini disco. There are many pools, suitable for everyone. The food is okay and the staff is helpful specially a waiter named Mustafa, he seemed to love everyone and does all he can to make you happy. The lobby and the restaurants have poor air conditioning, though we always felt hot. Tennis table and billiard are available . The room is very clean and spacious. As for the beach, it's abandoned and there aren't any activities there.over all I enjoyed my vacation there and I recommend it for those who wants fun
