We were disappointed but what the rooms and cleaniness lacked was superbly made up by staffs. They were apologising for faults, faults which should not be there if management did its job properly. Staffs are amazing

Quite clean, hand sanitizers available, masks required. Room was new and also clean. The toilets are LOW! lol. Walk-in shower was updated and big (enough for two). Attached restaurant is pricey. No breakfast. Hotel itself faces Mt Hope Cemetery but entrance is in the back. Parking in in a little cul de sac lot tucked behind the hotel. Extremely convenient to the Medical Center. If you have to be at the Medical Center and don't want to worry about anything, this is a good spot.

Room tip: One side faces the historic Mt Hope Cemetery.

Contemporary and convenient location at a reasonable price with free parking. We only stayed here for one night but we were impressed with this facility because it’s modern and classy and walkable and felt like a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here on our way home. During this pandemic, it’s a little challenging to find a hotel that’s doing all it can to protect its guests and its employees.

I booked the hotel through their app, and was very happy when we arrived. Convenient parking which is always appreciated.

The hotel entrance is part of a square that includes restaurants and shops.

The lobby is very modern and we were given our room key and on our way to our room quickly. The woman who checked us in was very professional and pleasant! Also, the restaurant Grappa is attached as we could see their bar from the lobby.

Our room was on the 4th floor. It was 433 and it was spacious, modern and clean. Has a nice walk in shower. It was a corner room and was fairly quiet too!

A good nights sleep in a clean hotel with a reasonable rate makes this a hotel we will come back too!!!!

Included is a photo from our room.

Ease of location. Friendly front desk. Comfortable bed. Covered parking available. Its of value because you do not have to clean the car in the morning after a heavy snow storm or simply icy patch on wind screen after freezing rain.
Start the car and go.

Dear Faisal091,

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Having a covered garage is certainly a benefit in the cold winter months! In addition we also received permission for our guests to use the outdoor lot for those who wish to be closer to the main entrance. We hope to be able to host you again in the future.
