it's located near the subway, 10 minutes away from the city, laundry service right across the street, just be aware they do not clean rooms everyday "because of covid" they had a crib for my baby but there's no bathtub like advertised More

Great hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Nice view :) Cold water, tea and coffee in the hotel lobby. Spacious room with a large comfortable bed. The room has an iron, ironing board, tea and coffee maker.
We had a great experience staying here while we were in NYC. We spent a week so we are very thankful for all the staff and the great job they did daily. The facilities are new, modern and clean. Having access to the cafeteria for breakfast, fresh water and coffee during the day was awesome. Our bedroom was clean. We stayed in the 15th floor so we had a great view of the city. The bed and pillows are comfy and new. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. You are 4 stations away from Central Park (57th Street). You will walk around 3 blocks to get to the metro. The price is affordable considering you are very close to downtown.
The front desk staff is awesome! Especially Alex. He made check-in ease and was friendly and professional. The rooms were nice and the view of the city fantastic. The subway is easy to get to, as well!
Great value for the location, just a short walk from the Subway station. Would caution walking alone at night as the streets are quite empty. New building with a Grade A on the Energy Efficiency Report Card. The room had a modern design and good view from level 12. Cleanliness was top notch.
