Tripadvisor seems to not offer an overall rating between average and very good. I would classify our stay as 'good'.
The reception staff were excellent, the Wifi decent enough and the bed was tolderable. Good jobs guys.
The room was as clean as it could be and perhaps 10 years ago looked as fresh as it did in the photo lol. Not the case these days.More

At first glance this places looks so nice, until you get into your room. All the hard surfaces were coated in left over drinks and food. There was a lot of garbage left on the floors. The bathroom wall was cracked, the blow dryer had a coat of dust on it, the toilet was coated with urine and pubic hairs.
This hotel has a lot of potential but was a big let down.

all the toilet seats are broken had to switch out multiple times and the tub doesn’t even work and is dirty !Even the rooms are dirty! Please just go room to room and check if it’s clean Management if you want good business steady !

I was disappointed while walking to the hotel from the train station. The area looks shady and I felt insecure. Same for my family members. Rooms were average. Complementary breakfast was also disappointing. Then we saw a fist fight within the reception area and the hotel staff couldn't do anything. I will not recommend this for couples or family.

If you are on a tight budget ,meaning you forget Manhattans hotels,Queens is the best place to be near it.24 hour subway next to the hotel,10 minutes from Times square,very clean and large room.Good breakfast.Atm and supermaket right outside.Definitely recommended

My suitcase was stolen at the hotel. The front desk staff and the manager kept fooling and cheating me for several days, and in the end very ridiculously said that they have no camera footage in the hotel! VERY RUDE STAFF!!!
