Disappointing, especially for the price. This very large, sprawling building is located in an industrial-type area just off the Thruway and has a run-down vibe. To get to our room, we were instructed to drive around to the back of the building, go in Entrance #6, and go up the stairs to the 2nd floor. (No elevator, a problem with a heavy bag in tow.) Well, the #6 plaque was missing from the wall, but we correctly figured it was the one between #5 and #7. The room itself was pretty good---large, with a loveseat and another chair, as well as the desk, and new-looking carpet. The bathroom had a large vanity, and there was a large closet area with wooden hangers. The HVAC fan was very noisy, however, so we didn't use it. (Fortunately the evening was cool, and I was able to open the window.)
There's an attached steakhouse where breakfast is served, though it started about 20 minutes late the day we were there. It was a buffet of basic stuff, nothing outstanding, but the server was reasonably helpful. Anyway, for our next trip we will look elsewhere for a room.More
