We stopped by several eateries looking for a nice joint for lunch, BBQ n pizza, surprised by the priciness n deserted place at 1 pm on a weekday. I don't think I am coming back to Hudson.
Not wishing to back trek, we settled for inexpensive Red Chopsticks n ordered lunch specials. Everything at this place needs to be redesigned, not the least is the menu, boasting probably well over 100 entries.
The wanton in the complimentary soup is hard like rocks, without flavour, and served in a sealable disposable plastic cylinder. Our 2 different orders were filled using the same vegetable, broccoli.
If you are not demanding, and more inclined towards low cost than culinary skills, Red Chopsticks works.
