We had a great time here during our weekend visit. It was actually the only eatery we visited twice! Great smoked wings, pulled pork was so good and the ribs, yumm!

We had a late lunch here and really enjoyed it. Sat right next to the open doors to enjoy the outside while still being in. We had a 2-year-old with us who enjoyed the food and was able to play on the sidewalk patio while waiting for our food as no one was seated there. The brisket was delicious!

I recently had two meals at American Glory BBQ in Hudson, NY.

The first was lunch with a friend. It was fairly quiet that day so I enjoyed taking a look around the restaurant. Great ambiance! Very old brick, old bar, wood paneled, and with a tin ceiling and a little dark and romantic. There's also sidewalk seating for good weather. It's always fun to take in the action on historic Warren Street.

The food was delicious. I had the pulled pork plate. I am not a big fan of NC style pulled pork but the four bottles of sauces on the table made up for the relative simplicity of this style of bbq. Portions were generous. It was not cheap for lunch; it was in the neighborhood of 15 or 16$ for the entree alone.

We enjoyed a smoked prime rib dinner on my second visit. It was absolutely delicious as were the peach margaritas. Again, it was $50 each for our dinner (salad is a la carte and we didn't order it) and one drink and tip. This can be a little high, depending on your budget.

That Friday night it was a crowded and quite noisy. We were seated at a high top very close to the next table. If this was a romantic dinner or you wanted it to be quiet enough for a long conversation, it might have been a little annoying.

Btw, the smoked prime rib was a special so I don't know if it's on the menu every weekend.

Plenty of publicity but were disappointed with the fare in this establishment.....quiet during mid week......nice waitress but just the usual American food.....asked for a medium cooked burger but it still came out pink.

Right from the start we thought it was awesome. From the huge selection of bourbon to the fabulous BBQ pulled pork everything was great. Bar tender (Chris) was very personable and I can not rave about the food enough. Awesome dinner!
