We were a group of 4 couples spending a weekend in the area. Jack and Joann were great hosts! They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, etc. The historic inn was very comfortable and clean; full of pictures and history of the area. We had amazing breakfasts both mornings. The dock on the pond was such a nice place to relax at the end of the day!
Our night of music will be unforgettable!

Stayed with Joann & Jack last year and going back this year. Lovely couple , great breakfast and lots of personal attention. Love the grounds and Koi pond, and dont forget to take some of Joann's homemade jelly's home with you.

Room Tip: Visit Heather Ridge Farm while you are here, another great place in the Catskills

I got a lovely little room with detached but private bathroom for a lower price. I'm pretty sure all other rooms have their own private baths. A flight of narrow stairs and thin walls in a truly historical building. The bed was scrumptiously comfy, the owners were warm and friendly, the breakfast was hand cooked, the wifi was superb. I LOVED it!!

Room Tip: All rooms were charming

This is a very lovely B&B in the heart of the Irish Catskills, close to all the Irish music festivals. The owners have lovingly restored a 200-year old farmhouse that's listed in national historic register. There are cozy seating places all around the first floor, including a lovely sun room with a fireplace and TV. Comfy beds with ironed sheets. Jo-Ann was able to accommodate my gluten-free diet restriction with her gourmet breakfasts. Pictures don't fully capture the charm of this place. Every where you look, you see attention to detail and love.
We were there the weekend of 10/12/14 during Irish music festival time and it was fully booked. Many people there were repeat customers who have been coming back here for years. That's a testament to the great hospitality and comfort of this place.

Room Tip: All the rooms are cozy, can't say that any one is better than another.
