Dinner was absolutely superbe. If it was awarded some Michelin star, I would give it a 2 for the food and wine. We had the 9 course degustation menu with pairing wines. We could not go for the 5 as each dish was appealling! I quite liked the interactive chef’s moment. Each dish was, well, excellent. From the wagyu with scallops, intriguing combination that worked well, the poached oyster, the springbok... this place is really worth a trip in itself! Coming from the Middle East, such quality level, with such nice service is difficult to find, without talking about value for money. Will definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back!
