I am currently staying at the hotel. The front desk help is a mess. They are so goofy, unprofessional, and cannot answer questions or offer the courtesy that is common at Marriott hotels. We have stayed here 3 times . It is now run down, not well maintained and dirty. The managers reception was a joke. Half hot dogs? No coffee in the lobby anymore and good luck finding a coffee maker in the room. No one brought us one when we asked. The management is clearly to blame. I couldnt use marriot points for the stay so I had to pay . Next time I'll choose the Holiday inn express up the road.

We've stayed there for 3 nights. The room was big enough and clean. A beautiful hotel with friendly stuff. I loved that there were exit door to the parking lot so we didn't need to go through front desk on every time when we wanted to go out. Not that we had something to hide! LOL Just easier sometimes if I looked messy :):)

It wasn't a good experience at all.
When we checked in the room was not properly cleaned/stains on pull-out sofa bedding/ oven, microwave, and dishwasher were dirty. Made request to have these appliances cleaned and was told by front desk staff that this would be taken care of but this was never done.

On several occasions we had to request towels and on one of the days the beds were not made up even though we were told that this would be done.

Furthermore, the carpet was dirty and room had a dingy odor. Bathrooms weren't properly cleaned daily. At the end of my stay I spoke with a manager and shared my concerns.

The quality of service and room accommodations were extremely poor. I would not recommend this property

So, I get there 6/4. It was unseasonably cool for the two days there and fireplace doesn't work. 1st Maintenance guy can't fix it. Second day the head maintenance guy can't fix it. Front desk told me they would refund half of one night....they refunded half of BOTH NIGHTS!!!!!

Room Tip: Get Professional Staff!!!

A Residence Inn is a Residence Inn. They are all pretty much the same. Stayed in room 105 for one night. The bathroom sink had a slow drain and the toilet flapper was fickle and didn’t close right. Other than that, it was clean, convenient and comfortable.
