The food was actually very good. The typical Mexican fair on the menu, and each dish had its unique flavor. The chips were warm and fresh, as was the salsa and quac. The cocktails were also unique and tasty. However, the service needs much improvement. The waiters are very young and just not trained right. Case in point, our server who was obviously too young to know much about alcoholic beverage recommendations yet he offered - it almost sounded comical -, he also failed to give us plates, napkins, silver ware, even after our food came out, while he was TRAINING someone! We ordered dessert and that was amazing too. Even though we didn't ask for recommendations, our waiter solicited a very rehearsed and non-sincere one. Needless to say we ordered something else.

Enjoyed dinner for 4 with good friends last week. Menu is quite varied, with something for everyone, from tacos (which seem to be the choice for the diet-conscious) to burritos, nachos and all the usual Mexican fare. Drink menu is interesting and extensive; I tried a jalapeno pineapple margarita, which was too good to have just one! I tried the air, land & sea tacos, which included beef, chicken and shrimp tacos, and all three were quite good. The usual rice and refried beans accompanied the trio, but they weren't memorable or even necessary; the dish could have used a fresher side. We did not have room for dessert, but we'll try to save room next time - for the sake of the review, of course. :)

They need to have seasoned ground beef in their dishes! Their meat is very bland. Seasoning ground beef will greatly help this restaurant for their tacos, burritos, and enchiladas!!!! People will always love the Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning Mix (Original). Their meat would taste so much better!!! It makes people feel like they're making tacos or enchiladas at home.

I came to Rosalita's for dinner. It was very good. Their salsa and chips were really good. We got a quesadilla as an appetizer and it was good. I had a steak chimichanga and it was a really nice size and I couldn't even finish it. I got a side of rice which was a nice complement.
Also, when we went on a Saturday night they said it would be about 20 minute wait but it was actually quicker. Also, the service was really quick which means high turnover and less wait times.

Mexican food is a personal favorite, and while the food here was good, nothing about it truly stood out enough for an excellent rating. The atmosphere was fun, but tended towards noisy.
