I just ate at their Franklin Twp NJ Location, 2 JFK Blvd Somerset NJ. WOW great food. large portions, great spices and just awesome dishes. We tried 4 different dishes and each one was better than the one before. I can not wait to go back. The staff and owner were so great to deal with. The Hakka Noodles, Basil Ginger Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice and Crispy Tamarind Chicken were some of the dishes we had. Just Great food.

We have been on diets for the past several months. Both of us have been considering a "cheat day" to eat the foods that we love. Well, yesterday was that day and it was like nirvana. The drunken noodles were as good as we remembered and the seafood and beef entrees were equally delicious. We have not found anything on the menu so far that we didn't like.

Their secret is the food taste and quality. Every meal is cooked to correct using the freshest ingredients and seasoned perfectly. The aromas are enticing to the senses as your host and waitstaff great you. The atmosphere is elegant but not over done. The service is stellar, sometimes to a fault. Waiter and waitresses overlap to ensure that you are satisfied with everything.

This restaurant without a doubt is one of our favorite outside of NYC. This is truly the place to come, if you are on a diet and need a "cheat day" to remember how good food can taste.

The food at N Thia Palace is unique and delicious. I have never seen the Lemon Coriander Soup on any other restaurant menu and it is definitely worth another visit to have it again. We ordered from the lunch specials and had the coriander garlic sauce and the penang curry which were some of the best curries we've had. The staff was very attentive and each dish had the correct spice level we ordered. Our lunch was a very good value for the money.
