We’ve always had great dining experiences here - until now. We brought friends, thinking the food and service were a sure bet. Disheartened to find out both have suffered precipitously. Where the fermented garlic Mac and cheese was creamy and laced with garlic, it’s gloppy with undercooked gemelli and whole blackened cloves instead of chopped and infused.
There was an extended wait between appetizers and entree (5:30 on a Friday - sparse crowd) and the dishes once served had been siting for some time. The spaghetti dish was congealed and over cooked, the “bacon marmalade” on the short ribs was strips of bacon in what tasted like barbecue sauce, and the mahi tuna, while pink inside, looked brown and dull (unappetizing).
Not sure what has happened here but I hope things will turn around - this used to be a consistent experience.
