My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom suite right before the 4th of July weekend. Overall, solid positive experience -- room as clean and ready at check-in and everything worked as advertised. Due to the limited number of rooms, the hotel is very quiet which is what we wanted (had previous experiences of loud, drunk guests roaming the hallways at other Las Vegas properties).

Some minor misses were: 1. One our last morning, the electricity in the main bathroom went out (all other electricity in the room worked). We didn't bother calling anyone as we were checking out. 2. The concierge said that the use of a computer in their business area (for printing boarding passes or surfing the web) was complimentary for 30 minutes but I was charged for 15 minutes of use. I went to the front desk to inquire about this and they credited the amount but it appears the concierge was incorrect about the complimentary use for other than printing boarding passes. 3. We had a gift from the front desk that was never delivered while we were in the room even after calling the front desk and being assured that it would be delivered "immediately" -- we waited for 45 minutes until we had to leave for a dinner reservation.

These misses were not a huge deal and didn't change the overall positive experience but as a first time staying at the Four Seasons, I expected perfection.

Overall, it was money well spent.

Delightful oasis from the craziness that is the Las Vegas strip. No lines, no loud machines or blinking lights. Truly helpful employees (amazing concierge). Rooms totally comparably priced to other Vegas big name hotels but a world of difference in terms of delightful experience. Will. Never. Stay. Anywhere. Else. In. Vegas. Especially with kids.

The Four Seasons has become our oasis in the desert. We love our trips to Las Vegas - there is so much fun to be had. What makes the trips there perfect is having a serene place to return to after we've had a belly full of fun, food and frolic. The Four Seasons is the place for us.

From check in to check out the experience was restful, I love this level of service. No long queue here and you are treated as an individual, with interest and warmth. The Rooms are spacious, offer good amenities and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The app allows you to interact with concierge/team so useful if key does not work or you need something sent to a room ... Pool and small plates were the highlights of our stay. Sipping away the cocktail of the day we felt so relax. Vegas is party town but can be tricky if teens in your party are under 21, the 4 Seasons offers the perfect balance of Vegas Sparkle without alienating families. Keep up the good work guys!
