I arrived at 8:40 pm on a Thu night. No line, straight to the food. Here's what I ate:
1. Sweet corn and hatch chilies chowder
2. Spicy salmon sushi roll
3. Ma Po tofu
4. Miso marinated tri-tip
5. Soft polenta with herbed tomatoes
6. Artisan bread
7. Twice-whipped mashed potatoes
8. Tuna poke
9. Chinese fried rice
10. Herbed baked Salmon in creamy sauce
11. Sautéed broccolini
12. Roasted prime rib with au jus
13. Oatmeal raisin cookie
14. Malt vanilla ice cream

I like to eat! The only missteps were a bland cookie, and a mild Ma Po tofu (Chengdu Taste in Chinatown does it right with Schezuan peppercorns that'll melt your face). Everything else was on point, and worthy of the $45+ price point. Chairs were extremely comfortable, service was quick, and the food stations were far apart. While the Bellagio buffet compares in food quality, Wynn provides the best atmosphere. Utsokt y

A free buffet was in my hotel package. The food at the buffet was so good and different from the waffle pancake station to the sushi. So good. Staff so friendly and the actual venue was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

This was one of my fave buffets! Unlike other buffets they also have wine on the all you can drink for $20 drinks menu. Food was great quality with crab and oysters on the menu. I would certainly return!! 5 stars!

We went to the buffet as a family for a special occasion and I can honestly say that it was the most beautiful place I have ever eaten. Service was great and the food was excellent. A little pricey, but in my opinion, well worth it to say that you ate at such an amazing place!
