Briefly visited Bally's in February during business travel. Good variety of restaurants, decent sized casino, and the air quality wasn't too bad. Large area for room check in with little to no wait, and a great area to get an Uber or Lyft into the strip. Although not a lot happening at this resort, it's still a good casino to stay at if you are an older couple/retired couple, as it is a quiet casino with decent customer service.

With some many hotels to choose from it is difficult and after reading many reviews here we went with Ballys. The rooms were fine but nothing special (of course we could hear people coming in late night) but the location was the best. Most of the other hotels and things to do were an easy walk. The pool was nice. We did get the umbrella for our first day just for a respite from the sun but we didn't really need it.

Hotel check in was not the greatest, they had only one person available to do so, she was quite courteous, although there was a fella walking around behind the counter with a clip board, never did determine what his position was, he wasn't eager to help anyone. Waited in line for 1/2 hr to get checked in. Very friendly staff.....NOW...lets talk about the HERTZ rent a car.........This guy was a joke and a LIAR, Hours were posted 7am - 5pm, we inquired on Wed. about getting a rental for Thur. he was very reassuring that it would not be an issue what so ever, But, her would not be open until 8am. OK no problem. We arrived at 8am Thursday , he tells us no cars available, NOTHING...He did attempt (I think) to call other hotels. He said it would be an hour, left our cell number with him so he could call when ready. After 1 1/2 hours, I go ask what's up, nothing yet, guy is at the car wash and there are a lot of cars.....OK again. It's now 11ish, I go ask again if the guy is still at the car wash......No car available yet. NOON....I go back up and still no car available. Now he not only lied to me, He ruined our entire day to Laughlin for our anniversary, ( thus the reason for going to Vegas), Now I'm so Pi--ed off. I told him "exactly" what I thought of him AND the way he HERTZ conducted business, His response.....You can go the airport and get one. The Airport mind you is only 2.3 miles away. Why the hell didn't HE get one for us from there, he supposedly called "everyone" with nothing available.?????

hotel very clean. Stayed in jubilee tower. Large room but we were disappointed that it did not contain a refrigerator. A few staff members appeared to be rude and not helpful. Close to everything on the strip. Casino very smokey and you had to walk through casino to get to everything.

My wife and I visited Las Vegas for a quick getaway. Although we did not stay at Bally’s, we gambled and experienced an exhibit there. The service was great from the bartenders, the rewards program and the ticket office. It’s amazing how good service and nice people can make a trip much more fun!
