Nope.

Have stayed here before and it was so nice we decided to return. Room was dirty and disappointing. Hair in the shower, dead spiders in the bathroom, dirty bed skirt, filthy windows from pet nose prints and our room was in the pet relief yard. We did not travel with any pets. Hotel was virtually empty. Pool and hot tub were closed for the season.

Room tip: Parking is quite a walk or you can use 20$ valet.

Great spot away from the strip

Our trip was to visit family so visiting casinos was not a priority. Great spot to stay for a few days with shops nearby in the village. A heads up about events or construction occurring during a stay would be appreciated, no indoor pool or hot tub available and a dance competition with an overwhelming number of children and rude mothers were around all weekend. Standards of service and customer care need improvement in the breakfast restaurant. All other employee interactions were great. Hand sanitizer stations were empty for the entire stay.

Room tip: Avoid room 1165, you can hear water draining down from above floors in the wall at all hours Sunrise/sunset looks great off lobby balcony or on the bridge over the water

Hotel has Gone Down Hill

The heat was not working in our room, and they had engineers come up twice to try and fix it, and it never got fixed. It was in the 30s outside and we had no heat. We asked for space heaters several times, and were told that either they did not have them, or they would bring us one. The story changed every time. We never got one, and had to spend our own money on a space heater. The water in the shower was also warm, but not really hot. When we were already cold, this did not help. There was no housekeeping service, and no real glasses to drink out of. Basically the bear necessities were not met. And we asked to change rooms because it was so cold, and they just kept saying they would fix the heater or send up a space heater, none of which happened, as they were fully booked. They never offered a discount for lack of heat in 30 degree weather. They never apologized or asked if they could do anything else to help us.

We used to stay here all the time many years ago, and loved it. It has been a long time, and it has gone down hill, but next time we will be taking our business elsewhere, like the Westin.

The only good things were the size of the room, which was huge and the lake view. However, those things didn't make up for the lack of heat, or lack of even trying to fix the situation. We are Hilton Honors members, and we thought there would be better treatment due to this.

Nasty

This place is disgusting. It reeks of cigarette smoke in rooms and hallways. There are cockroaches and doorways of lobby and halls. And have bedbugs in the rooms. I got bit twice. When i went to the front desk to complain the staff was not being reasonable nor understanding.And all of a sudden become incompetent when you ask for a manager, which i was denied. Im very disappointed with this hotel as I’ve stayed in previous hotels and those establishments were immaculate. Do not waste your time nor your money at this dump like i did.

Worst Hilton Ever

After 5 nights in this hotel, I may never stay Hilton again. I am a diamond member and stay Hilton frequently.

Pros
1. Heather at the hotel bar was amazing. She worked under staffed each time we saw her and was professional and efficient at her job. The ladies at the pool bar were very friendly also.

Cons
1. Guest services- most of the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping has major issues if they cannot provide clean wash clothes, especially during off season.
2. Room not ready by 4pm. No wash clothes left in any of the 3 rooms we rented.
3. Pool. Outdoor pool is only open until 5pm. Hot tub closed. Website listed indoor pool, no indoor pool. Lagoon area listed on website is for special events only now. Digital key does not work at pool. Pool bar on seasonal hours but not allowed to bring outside food/drinks to pool.
4. As a diamond member, I was notified of receiving a daily food and beverage credit. This was not applied to my account for any day of my stay.
5. Room outdated. Bathroom lock broken. Mold on shower. Tub handle broken. Shower takes at least 15-20 minutes for hot water. Ice machine 5th floor broken. Elevator stuck on floor “6” for several days.

Housekeeping-
At check in I requested daily housekeeping. I again stopped at the front desk on the second morning (7AM) of our stay and confirmed our daily housekeeping for both rooms to make sure our towels/wash clothes were changed out. Returned to our room that night around 930pm, no housekeeping or new towels/wash clothes. Called guest services and she said “they currently don’t have any wash clothes available.” My kids were tired and needed a shower. Unacceptable. Day 3- only day out of 5 we received housekeeping. Day 4-no housekeeping and I had to call for one additional wash cloth. We finally received it about 40 minutes after calling. Day 5-I called guest services at 11am and requested 4 wash clothes and 3 towels (for two rooms). At 1:30pm my husband checked the front desk and made a second request for the towels and wash cloths. Apparently he was told the “housekeeping manager” was there and they would be sure to talk to her about it and get those towels right up. 3pm - At this point, I go to front desk and explain I asked at 11am, 1:30pm, and now 3pm. I need 4 wash clothes and I’m not leaving the front desk until I get them. She magically pulled 4 wash clothes and brought them to me. We had plans. We needed to shower before we left.

Room tip: Don’t stay here, spend your money on something better!
