I wanted to let you know about an experience my family had at the Hampton Inn in Lincoln, NE on Husker Circle. My 2 year old daughter woke up in the middle of the night and was sick. The front desk manager, Victoria Griffin, went above and beyond to help me out over the course of the next few hours. She provided me with new bedding and more towels (twice) throughout the night and even got me some laundry detergent when I needed to wash the towels and clothing. She lent me the hotel’s disinfectant wipes so I could clean up and just was amazingly helpful in any way she could be. At the end of the stay, she had typed up a note to me saying she hoped our trip home would go well and then gave me a gift card for a restaurant and said she hoped this would make it a little better. I was just so impressed by her kindness and wanted you to know that you have an amazing employee in Victoria. We just started staying in your hotels with your rewards program this summer and thanks to customer service like this, we will continue to do so!
