I've been here several times as I cruise through Missoula on an annual trip, but I couldn't believe the price in August (I usually go through in late September). It looks like the entire city is pretty pricey this time of the year and it was crowded!! Still, we managed a burger at the Missoula Club and chicken at the Double Front.
The motel is the older style Sleep Inn with a shower. It has a very nice pool area and a great hot breakfast. It's on the south end of town, but close enough to Starbucks, Costco and REI. It now has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment - worked well. Beds were comfortable, pillows soft and the AC allowed for a good night's sleep. Lots of places to plug in electronic devices and the WiFi was excellent.
Staff was friendly (especially that in the kitchen) and helpful. Love the receptacle for recycling near the front door.More
