We went here on our school tour today and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the students had a memorable day. There were a wide variety of different indoor and outdoor activities to keep the children active and engaged during the day and everything was extremely well organised. The children loved the indoor and outdoor play areas and we all enjoyed some delicious scones. Thanks to the staff for a great day!

We are a family of 6 - 2 adults and four children - and my wife had heard about this place from her friends at the school gate - always a good litmus test. It was €45 for the 6 of us and I have to say that it was excellent value for money. The fee covers everything apart from the Shuffle Puck which needs €1 coins. We got caught out on this point! My two eldest daughters and I had great fun playing Crazy Golf which wraps around the children’s playground - which means you can keep an eye on the younger ones at the same time. There is an indoor play area as well. The Bogside Walk was stunning. They have displays and tablet interfaces at various points as well as reconstructions of buildings from various points of Irish history. The cafe was fine but was limited in its offerings - particularly for one of the busiest periods of the year. But overall we had a great time and we’ll be back.

This is a very good park with lots of activities for children, like, play area both indoor and outdoor, pet farm, toy train which rounds through the park.
There are a theme garden and nature trails to walk you through the woods and some heritage/history display.
In all this is a very good place where you can plan a day with kids and family.

White a nice find this was! I was looking for some Easter event outside Dublin and found this place, which is about 1 h driving from the capital (I chose to drive small roads over motorway to enjoy the towns around, so trip could be shorter).

Although it was the Sunday Easter, the place was not super crowded, so my son had plenty of space to run all over the place. They have different areas, both indoors and outdoors, where I really felt safe to just let him go (with a minimal supervision, of course). Whether sliding and running in the stairs of the Hidden Jungle or in the playground close to the farm, he had a great day of fun and we enjoyed seeing him so happy.

But the place is not only about the children, there is an interesting historical part that goes with big bog, which can be explored on foot or taking the little tour in the trains (one is an actual train that navigates inside the bog area, but unfortunately it didn't work that day).

For about € 30 for a car (2 adults and 2 children), this place is the perfect getaway for a family.

Visited Lullymore today - the weather was beautiful, dry and sunny but cool... and it was glorious!!
The layout or the boardwalk into the bog is so sympathetic with the natural surroundings.
Highly recommend if you wish to go with family as there are many different activities to partake in...or just visit yourself to get a feel for real Ireland.

Thank you Laqq,
We are delighted you enjoyed the Park. Please come back in the Spring / Summer as it's amazing the way Peatland landscape and the wildlife on them change from season to season. Thanks again for your kind words.
