Stayed there for 3 nights in February and the experience was amazing. Ajay bhaiya and Abhishek are super helpful and helped us extend our trip by one night when we misbooked the flights. The cafe/ co-working space is excellent! Don't miss the hot chocolate!
We stayed in a private room and the 6 bed dorm, both were super comfortable. Would highly recommend this place in Dharamkot if you want to work during the day but want to unwind in the evenings.

"No wonder almost all of them rated 5 out of 5 for this hidden gem in Dharamkot. Once you are there you forget everything else as you enter a different word which is compatible only with heaven. What we will never forget is the view of another range from our room window or balcony. It was simply stunning!
The rooms are clean and bunk beds are comfortable. You get to meet a lot of new people. The view is also very good. There’s a few cute dogs that chill around. Nice place to halt if you plan a triund trek.
So we were 8 girlfriends visiting Dharamshala in September 2019 and made a reservation for 4 rooms for 2 nights. I had spoken to one Nitesh few times and in early Sep he asked for 50% advance which I immediately did. He knew we were 8 women coming there and in a 12 seater coach.
Once we reached there, there was no road even for an auto to reach the place for abt 800 metres towards the property. Me and a frd had to walk down stream to see the property as the auto guys refused 800 metres before saying we have to walk it. There was no way we could roll all our suitcases (12) to get to the property or walk everyday up and down.
My point here is there is nowhere it says its only suitable for backpackers and for ppl willing to walk up and down to get to and fro to thier property. We asked for a refund and it was refused. Even though it was not fully booked. Very disappointing. We were all ladies, very hassled and after going ard for couple of hours went and stayed at another hotel in dharamshala.
We had made a review in October about this and we were asked to pull it down and they would process a refund. We naively did it but till today nothing is done and now they don't respond to my phone call or message.
Hope this review is read by many to know how bad and unscrupulous they and their service is!
It was a great experience in hostel as I have attended first time .
So it was great while doing many activities with unknowns too.In hostel there we got to know about many others and in alt life there was a well new year eve night.
Very clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately the staff or the owner/manager did not care about animals at all. When an extremely dosile, friendly and innocent street dog was wandering around the not so gated property, the staff beat him up with bamboos. When I spoke to the owner about it he laughed it off. Was quite off-putting to see this kind of an attitude towards the innocent.
PS advice - do not take your car down all the way to the hostel!! Park it up the hill and walk down. The road isn't safe for a car and you could end up damaging your vehicle. Again, nobody from the hostel thought it was important to inform the guests of this. Saw a car almost completely break down trying to go back up the hill.
