I checked into this hotel on Friday, August 19th For a golf tournaments the next day. Upon getting to my room I noticed the Wi-Fi was not working for my fire stick .I called the front desk and Max was very helpful very and friendly .He sent Anthony A hotel employee up who was great and very helpful even when he tried to get my fire stick going for the first few times and couldn’t he never gave up he just kept trying and trying until finally recommended that I use the hotspot on my phone to get it working and it did work. if it wasn’t for Anthony I would’ve never enjoyed streaming TV shows and movies it’s because people like Max and Anthony are the reason I had A great stay. The pool was very relaxing the food was great and I slept well thank you Hilton Garden Inn for giving me A great relaxing stay. I will definitely be back for many more stays in the future

Stayed here one night while visiting the Marlborough, MA area. Hotel was easy to get to and entire experience was great. The bed was perfect with cozy bedding, perfectly firm mattress and ability to adjust temperature of the room to whatever we wanted - super cold to super warm. Every part of the building and our room was clean, modern and we had all we needed. Keurig in the room with my fave kcups - awesome. Breakfast great tasting with fresh strawberries and made to order omelet. So much better than having the classic "continental breakfast included" of other hotels. All staff friendly and helpful. Entire stay comfortable and welcoming from the minute we pulled in to the minute we packed up and drove away the next morning. Loved it.

Not a great set-up for families.
The only breakfast option is a $16/person buffet (most kids are never going to eat that much).
But the bathroom was the worst part - very fancy and impractical. Glass shower, so you can’t have someone running in to brush their teeth while someone else is showering.
And the bathroom door … it’s a sliding opaque barn door. But you can see plenty through it - more than enough to make it awkward for anyone other than a couple.
Plus they put a $75 hold on your card in case you decide to drink the $3/bottles of water in your room.
I’ll stick with hotels that are actually welcoming and have water/fruit etc when you arrive. Esp for this price.
