The service is very friendly and the food is great as I've been twice and not disappointed either time. I went back for lunch today and ate from the skinny menu as I wanted to try the Blackened Tuna with Veggies. The blackened tuna was awesome and with zucchini & yellow squash veggies on the side was a perfect combination. The first time I was there I want to try but didn't get was the seafood gumbo. I tried the seafood gumbo today and like everything else it was great. The restaurant is set up like a sports bar on the inside so it would be a great place to kick back and watch a game on one of their many flat screens placed through-out the restaurant. Another item I had and enjoyed today was the Bread Pudding w Rum Sauce. If you save your receipt from a previous visit and you give them the returning receipt you get a free Bread Pudding w Rum Sauce and the best part is the order nether expires no matter if it's a month or 10 years as long as you have your receipt you get a free helping of their Bread Pudding w Rum Sauce.

I am a Saints fan so yes I am biased about the team, players and the fans. But where to eat only is by a high standard in my book. I drove by many times by this place and wondered how good are they. As we know there are many dinners in the name of famous people.

This is a must dine restaurant if you are in the city. From the parking lot, through the door and to the table it’s all southern hospitality. The servers are smiling, welcoming, professional and very attentive. They never miss a guest leaving the place even though 25 other things are going on.

Everything is Cajun, the drinks are cajunized, the cocktails are interesting, they have Cajun flavors not by accident rather by deliberate efforts.

The food is delicious and yes very Cajun. Gotta love them!

BOBBY, Cajun cannon was NOT in da house during our visit for lunch yesterday. BUT super friendly staff made our time a happy one.
drinks always replenished, lots o fried food, and good welcoming people on hand to make our day.
missed happy hour prices by 15 mins, so a tad pricy for wot it was....which is deep fried stuff and a few ordinary 'sides', an unsweetened ice tea, and draft beer.
comfortable clean place, plenty of sports memorabilia including famous BOBBY Cajun cannon exploits from da good auld daze, big flat screen tv's on mute, quiet enough to have a chat between a coupla old friends.
it's not about the food, the ambience is good.

Highly recommend this place, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Do recommend the Kajun cannon fries it’s the best thing ever!

Everything about the place is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, food was awesome, so much so that we ate here 2X before leaving NOLA. The Cajun Bloody Mary is a must try, you won’t be disappointed!
