My husband and I had a great extended stay at Windsor Court. The staff is very polite and efficient. Despite being 100 degrees in august l, our room was nice and cool. Nothing fancy, but clean with plenty of room. We will definitely stay again!
My husband booked this "motel/apartment" because it offered a great price and the pictures looked welcoming, even though it is a motel. When we got there there was a typed-up sign on the door with a number to call for service. We then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to get to our room. The rooms are NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Our room had a tv but no couch or chairs to sit on. The kitchen had no dishware or utensils. There was 1 towel in the bathroom and no trashcan anywhere! The bed felt like laying on top of a spring, both of us woke up with stiff sore bodies. The worst part, they charged us upfront for 4 nights. We stayed one and refuse to give us our money back! This place is a joke and lies to get guests! NO NO NO!
The pictures on their website are very deceiving! Definitely took pictures of the VERY best room they had! Strategic pics! This an old Motel in kinda a sketchy neighborhood. They made an attempt at an update!! Cheap materials and finishes! Smelled old and musty! Floors had not been swept in days! Dead bugs lay on the floor, etc. The air conditioner is a window unit but into the wall, was not put in well! We asked for a Queen bed, got a double, and the bed was poor quality! The vent fan in bathroom was absolutely filthy!! Not even a toilet paper holder! I felt sorry for the very kind women who was working the Reception desk, as she was also a Housekeeper for them! It would be better to bulldoze the whole place and build new!!
The staff first said they do not a two queen room. Then said that the room was still booked and could not supply a room with two beds. He was not even in the office when we arrived, Was out doing a taxi car.
