I checked in and went to my room. It looked as if it has be ransacked. I asked the front desk, they said that's how I knew housekeeping had been there. I guess a clean room isnt a sufficient message. I went around and closes every door and drawer, turned off the fans, and straightened the furniture cushions before I could settle in.

I went to sit on the desk chair. I can only give a best guess at the chair stain as, sweaty butt stain? Gross!

Next day I dropped something on the bathroom floor and discovered dried poop on the underside of the toilet. Super gross!!

I frequently travel alone. I consider myself gritty and able to handle myself. I did not feel comfortable here alone. I guest hanging out in the lobby offered to "help me to my room" at 10 PM. No front desk staff, he was out smoking. The next night there was a half dressed man in the hall talking to himself and shaking out his pillow case. When I found the poop, I preferred to handle it myself than have any staff in my room.

I contacted corporate several times with no response.

DO NOT STAY HERE. FILTHY

NO A PLACE FOR WOMEN THAT ARE ALONE OR FAMILIES.

I come every year for the Drake Relays or USATF meet and travel throughout the country for track meets.
This was my first experience with an Extended Stay America property.
From the early check in granted me from Kristi to the pleasant smile from Loriesha my trip started off on a really high note.
The room was immaculate. Really nice kitchenette. Soft comfortable bed and hot shower, Conveniently located right off the I-235 freeway.
My buddy paid $175 a nite for a "room" (they called it a suite) at the airport.
I told him "please" don't come to see my accommodations.
I will be staying here for my trips in the future.

Super-clean, comfortable, friendly, and conveniently located near Valley West mall, many restaurants and several bus routes. Large rooms in shades of brown, divided into bath, kitchen, bed, sitting, and work/dressing. Good climate control. Free wifi sometimes slows, but upgrade available for a fee. Has all the amenities that you need for a good stay. A great value at $55 plus tax midwinter. Highly recommended.
