We travel to WDM often as we are building a home there. We usually stay at a different hotel but decided to give this place a try. Location is good being just off the highway and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But….the room was not clean. Pink mold in the shower and the flooring dirty. Our window was not placed correctly in the wall so it didn’t close completely. So all of the road noise from the highway and the people in the parking lots came through the window. We won’t be back.

We stayed here in September 2021. The room was ok until you reached the bathroom. There was mold on the bathtub drain and faucets. As well as the floor was unclean. Smelled very musty. We asked for them to come clean it and no one did. We ended up needing to shower and took very fast showers. The tub did not drain. It was disgusting. I requested a discount which I was given but I still paid way too much for the room. It was very dirty and not worthy of the "Marriott" name. The only renovation in my room was the paint in the bedroom. Will not stay there again and have recommended my company remove it as a preferred hotel.
Also, when we asked for handsoap, we were given a used and dirty bottle of shampoo.

Pros-good location, not a bad room
Cons- more attention to cleaning. Bathtub was not cleaned, would not drain as plug wouldn’t open. (Housekeeping should notice water not draining if they cleaned it).Hate standing in a foot of water while taking a shower. Shampoo and conditioner were either not replenished or just stuck in bottles.

Easy off the free-way access. This looks like an older hotel that has been tried to be made over. Stayed in a king-bed + sofa sleeper. We appreciated the "pull-out" couch was instead a trundle bed. What a great idea!

Despite my room preferences stating the opposite, I got room right next to the elevator and ice machine. The room smelled heavily of smoke.
When we got back to our room about midnight we found that with a king bed we only got 3 pillows, and the mattress was broken down that I sank all the way through it when I laid down.
I got to pay Marriott prices for a night sleep worse that I would have gotten at Motel 6 or Ramada for half the price.

Room tip: Try another hotel.
