This hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate, but...

When we first arrived, there was a sign at the check-in counter stating that someone will return soon. We waited about five minutes. Thereafter, checkin was quick, plus uninformative. The employee put us on the 5th floor, but didn't bother letting us know the location of the elevators, or anything else for that matter.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed. The mattress was too firm for my liking, but other's may appreciate this type of bed. For some reason, the pillows had corners that were not soft and they kept poking me and my husband.

Throughout our 24 hour stay, we heard a dog bark a couple of times, and people laughing very loudly. Obviously, the walls are a little thin.

This hotel doesn't offer free breakfast, so we enjoyed breakfast at the connecting restaurant Bennigan's. The waitress was very pleasant, the service and the food were both excellent, and reasonably priced.

More than likely, we will not stay at this hotel again. For the price you pay, you'd think they would at least offer free coffee and muffins.

My kids were immediately impressed with this hotel. We opted for the suite so I could sleep in after a nice drive from Minnesota. The room was clean and seemed well furnished. I like their arrangement with the adjacent Bennigans for breakfast in lieu of a low quality free hotel breakfast that I see other places. The people who worked for the hotel were generally masked up.

Great hotel for the money, hotel has had a recent upgrade and is a nice hotel with plenty of public space to relax and chill. Good restaurant at hotel and some within driving distance. Hotel is not perfect but very good value.

After staying in a shiny brand new Holiday Inn in Nebraska last month, I forgot what to really expect at this hotel chain. This "newly renovated" hotel has a pretty lobby but the rooms were dated with chipped paint, musty curtains, and oversized furniture making the room feel cramped. Furthermore, while there were signs all over the hotel stating face masks are required due to COVID, many guests did not respect this precaution and the staff did not enforce. During check out I witnessed one staff member in the halls without a mask. Our room was clean and the beds were good, but in a season when health and safety is my top priority for my family, I would not recommend staying here.

Son made reservations. When we arrived a small problem with online reservations. While there another couple asked for handicapped room with access for wheel chair in shower. Was given room not access and they asked for another room.
Our room still had some paper laying on floor that was missed by housekeeping. Also, the sheer curtains were torn and shredded. I took photo but have not posted here to the site at this time.
A\C was very cold and was great on the hot day. Shower had plenty of hot water too.
Went to Bennigan's for breakfast-I think it was an extra charge.
Ordered 2 eggs, sausage, potato's and wheat bread.
Received 2 eggs, bacon, potato's, and white bread.
Coffee was delicious.

I have discussed your comments with my HK staff and I do apologize for the mix up at check in! Being that we are a full service Holiday Inn with a Bennigans we do not offer a free breakfast.
