Got a nice room, clean and with good bedding and towels. TV worked fine, good exercise room, lots of food choices on the breakfast buffet. However, the person in charge of breakfast on March 6th needs to be trained to replenish food, keep tables clean, provide utensils, etc., and not spend her time hiding out in the prep area behind the breakfast area. We were two of a dozen or so guests who wondered what was happening; it's not as if she was overworked.

Overall, our experiences with Fairfield around the country is positive. Our room was clean. However, there was basically no Covid protocol in place. The breakfast
was extremely limited and not well maintained. No wipes or sanitizer to be seen.
Reserved 3 nights spouse had to go ER, I called hotel to let them know we would be a day late, but still wanted the room.
Was told not a prob, they gave our room away.
Was told sorry we have no availability.
I called before my stay and the manager was very professional and met all my requests. Too bad I did not personally meet him but he was amicable.
The hotel is a standard Fairfield, newer build, well kept and overall was clean and comfortable. I had a nice stay. Used pool and hot tub and it was great.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great, just off I-35. This hotel is about 7 years old and has nice wide hallways. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is still pre-packaged grab and go options. Options were cereal, milk, yogurt, bagels (but no toaster), juice, hard boiled eggs, pastries, fruit and granola bars.
I will never stay there again. Picture 1 below is the side of the mattress. Picture 2 is an unknown object on the night stand. They wouldnt refund my money; just put us in another room!! This hotel is ugly, outdated and definitely not worth the money! Signage says masks required in public areas but it not enforced; people in the lobby and running in and out without masks.
