We stayed as two couples. My husband and me and our friends. We had two rooms on different floors and we are beat from sleepless night. We all felt like we are at the dog’s hotel. As much as I love dogs, it was disappointing not to be able to get any sleep due to barking dogs on both our floors. Our friends had a barking dog above them as well. Dogs were barking from all over, including lobby, restaurant where we had breakfast, elevators. On top of this, it was some kind of terrible noise outside of our room at 2am. I looked through peephole and it appeared to be some kind of gathering. My suggestion would be to have certain floors assigned for pets and also have some rules.

I was 10 hours into a 20 hour driving trip and this hotel was my saving Grace! Super clean, very friendly, extremely comfortable. Just what my old bones needed! I’m a stickler when it comes to the bathroom cleanliness and this particular room’s bathroom was immaculately clean. No mold, no errant hair from some other guest, no toilet stains, no kidding! I will make this hotel a priority to stop at on future travels. Phone number programmed in my cell ready for action!

This is a pretty nice hotel overall. It was generally clean and appealing. I had to keep asking the young man at the front desk to speak up during check-in. We had gotten a suite and it was spacious. I would change some things to make it more comfortable, however. The table space is lacking. A tiny little table about 8" wide is at the side of the bed and there was no drawer. Since I use a bi-pap machine, there was barely space for that let alone a clock or meds. The same in the sitting area where a lamp took the entire table because of it's design. (Nice lamp design....but not when paired with the table provided. I am a minimalist type person, but lately this style in the hotels throws comfort out the window. There was no place to put our suitcase except behind the door in the bedroom. The bathroom door opened into the hallway blocking the entire walkway between living area and bedroom. Think, designers!!!!

Bed was totally old and worn out. Completely uncomfortable. Air conditioning was extremely loud and rattled. Room next door partied all night and front desk wouldn’t do anything to stop it. Terrible place. Stay away!

The facility was in good condition and the breakfast was everything we expected. On the morning we were preparing to checkout, I went to sit on the ottoman in the room. Carpet in the bedroom has been replaced with laminate and for some reason the ottoman still has wheels instead of regular legs, so when I sat, the ottoman scooted away and I fell with considerable force onto the hard, laminate floor. I’m covered with bruises and may have sustained a more long lasting injury to my back. Then when we went down for breakfast, I tried to report the incident to the young girl working the front desk. Since she did not ask my name or room number, I was quite sure there would be no follow up.
