Danielle is absolutely amazing!! So friendly and personable. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10!!! The hotel is very nice and clean. Everybody that I’ve ran into here has been amazing and soo friendly, which you don’t fine everywhere.

Spencer was the most helpful and understanding person.
We made a mistake in room selection: Spencer changed our room.
Our dog had an accident on the bed: Spencer brought fresh sheets.
Spencer was calm, understanding, professional, and every bit the person travelers who need a friendly face hope to see. And I think he was doing everything by himself because I didn't even see any other staff, but my fiance did and they ignored her.
Reserved 5 rooms for a family reunion weekend, the rooms were great! The pool was great, breakfast was great (hot and options), and bar food was also good. Another great bonus was public gathering areas on each floor/main lobby where we could gather to hang out when we werent out doing activities. Would definitely stay here again! Also, its pretty convenient to alot of dining options for both fast or sit-down restaurants.
Great place to stay. Comfy bed, thoughtfully laid out room. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were a terrific bonus. The indoor pool area is large with lots of tables and chairs. Breakfast tasted like homemade!
Very comfortable and relaxing stay! From the fire place to the comfy bed. We wish we could have stayed longer! We would like to come back with the kids and grandkids. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind and welcoming.
Did a quick one night stay just to get away and let our daughter swim. We booked a king room in the cottage. Up on arrival the building and lobby were clean and well maintained. The room had a massage chair which left a lot to be desired, don’t waste the extra money on it. The bed was comfy but the pillows, as they are at all hotels, were terrible. The room itself was in need to some TLC, mainly in the bathroom. The shower head was not attached to anything but the waterline behind the wall. As you turned on the water for the shower the shower head would move back and forth. The sink faucets were also loose but did work.
The main reason we stayed was for the pool. The indoor/outdoor pool that Stoney Creek offers is very cool. The plastic divider that separated the inside from the outside was missing some pieces so the pool area was probably not as warm as it should be. The pool area is also very dark. The pool itself was warm but did have some leaves in it which is to be expected. The hot tub was very nice.
Breakfast the next morning was good but there is limited seating. Staff was friendly and nice. Overall I would stay here again.
