I was preregistered, so once I finally got to the counter, my check in was quick. However, there was one person in front of me when I arrived and I waited 30 minutes for the person to get checked in. Also, the website says breakfast is included, there was no breakfast.

First, we found dirty socks in the bedding. They were full of grass - very disgusting. Then, we found public hair just sitting in the shower. Finally, the carpet had dirt and grime everywhere and had clearly not been vacuumed in a VERY long time.

We did bring up these issues with the person at the front desk, who told us to email the photos and call back later - which would have been helpful to us getting our money back, right? Wrong! When we did call back later, he hung up the phone on us twice and would not let us bring our grievances to the manager. Then we noticed the email he provided us to send the photos to wasn't working. Each time we sent our photos, we got notice that it was undeliverable.

Going to Super 8, we already had quite low expectations. However, this was worse than we could have imagined. If you can't commit to doing the basic upkeep for your rooms, you shouldn't be booking them out to your guests.

Attached is the sock photo - so gross.

I had a quick overnight stay on a road trip to move family cross country. The reviews I read seemed like it would be fine for 8 hours of sleep. When we got check-in, I flipped on the TV to wind down for the evening and it was on a channel I didn't want to watch. Upon changing the channel, all other stations were snow. I needed to sleep anyway, so I checked my phone and went to sleep. When we got up in the morning we found trash on the floor and with the curtain open, it did not appear that the room was really cleaned, just picked up. There was also trash discovered in the bathroom. When checking out, the employee never asked how the stay was and I just wanted to get back on the road. This location tarnished the Super 8 name for me and I will not stay at this location next time I am in the area.

A lot of road noise from nearby 235, no laundry bag provided, same breakfast day after day, scanner to get into alternative entrance did not work. Location was great as you are close to everything. Value of the room was fair, just missing those few things mentioned above to make it a more quality, enjoyable stay.

When you drive up you say want did i book. And while the lobby and hallways smell the rooms don't. The hotel is quiet and the room are updated. This was my third time staying. I have never stayed long enough for breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect. Would recommend to anybody.
