Beautiful, new hotel right across from Drake University. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and very spacious, and any extra needs were met with smiles. Outstanding job! Can’t wait to come back!!

Very nice hotel in appearance and very close to Drake University but we did not sleep
Very well. Loud noises during the night including laughing,yelling,dog barking,ice maker etc.. we did not sleep

Irene at the front desk was the best part of the stay. My reservation was wrong, room request wrong and requested extra pillows never brought to us. New hotel but problems with the rooms, cracked shower floor, shower door doesn’t close and leaks onto floor. The lobby has a slight odor when entering through parking lot that I cannot quite make out.
Beautiful hotel with outstanding views of Drake University. From check in we had a good experience, but when we went to bed we were disappointed to find the pull out bed was not cleaned. There were Oreos smeared all over the bed. I decided to sleep on the couch because who know what other crumbs are in the bed. The floors must be very thin because you can hear your neighbors all night. I’m disappointed for the price we paid.

This is a great hotel for anyone visiting the Drake University area. It is literally across the street from Old Main! The hotel is new, clean, and offers a great breakfast. The public areas are comfortable and they have an outdoor patio that is nice. There are plenty of college-flavored pubs and other fast-food outlets within walking distance.
