Do not stay at this hotel. The property is full of deferred maintenance. There were blood stains on my bedding. I questioned if there were bed bugs. I ended up sleeping in my car. The hotel is run down. T

The rooms were infested with cockroaches, I have stayed at Wyndham motels many times over the last 10 years and this is the worst place I have ever stayed. My Wyndham rewards member 3159043172B, Gene Saatmann

I am so sorry to hear that your most recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. Our primary goal is to provide all guests with an enjoyable experience and it is troubling to know that you faced such an unusual experience. We have a very reputed nationwide company that maintains our facility for any pest control issues. Please know, that your description of your stay is highly unusual and does not represent the high standards we aim to achieve as our hotel does not have roaches, and rooms are being inspected regularly. We understand that you are hesitant to return based on this experience, though we hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

I booked this last minute as I was travelling across country and just needed a place to sleep after many hours of driving. I did not have the ability to research but trusted the Wyndham name. I arrived and was in complete shock - a seedy MOTEL not hotel, people hanging out by the doors and going in and out of rooms which made me think prostitutes and drug dealers. I entered my room and locked door immediately. The room was dirty, in need of many repairs and the lock for door was not to be trusted so I put a chair under knob.
This was a very unsettling experience!

Everything was dirty, broken or not available. People during all night on the balcony right out side our room. Broken appliances in the courtyard. Broken beds outside. Holes in the walls. Broken fixtures in the bathroom. Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

We called before we arrived and asked for an early check-in. They told us for a 25$ fee they could get us in at noon. We were to arrive in town at 9 am so we thought that would work as we could find something to do for 3 hours. Upon arriving they told us we could not check in until 2 pm. They said there were no clean rooms available yet. I am disabled and cannot climb stairs so we asked that we get a room on the first floor. We waited another few hours and returned. The room they ended up giving us was on the second floor right in front of the smoking area which was occupied with many vagrants smoking, playing loud music and hollering. The room was not even clean. There was hair left in the shower and the bathroom sink was not clean. I didn't want to stay there so we left. I called them right away and asked for a refund and they denied. Now I am out twice the money as I had to stay elsewhere.
