This hotel is located off 465 and Keystone. It is located next to world class shopping. There is a restaurant for every taste. The hotel staff seems to love what they do and it shows in their interactions with the guest. The rooms are well appointed, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We do love Hyatt although this hotel feels tired. The staff was always pleasant. The room (tired) was ok. Toilet kept running, door barely clears toilet in smaller sized shower toilet area. Closet door (mirror door) was off its track so difficult to open and close. AC unit worked well which was important with the warm weather in June (90s). And, the big screen TV was nice. Although the satellite connection might not have been tuned correctly. Picture on some channels jittered.
Two elevators for the 6 story hotel. Not unusual to wait for a few minutes to get the lift. And wow - the ventilation must have been off in the elevators. Stale smell and even though a floor sign indicated it was cleaned, the smell was strong. Parking was ample and shopping nearby was a Fashion Center. Restaurants are also close by.
Overall, nothing special for this hotel in our opinion.

I Have stayed at Hyatt Place in other locations before. Was a little disappointed with this one compared to others. Room was not cleaned 2 of 5 days, and the bedding was never changed. Staff was friendly, but that only minimally made up for the un-cleanliness.
