The hotel amenities were fine: room decent and bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and I was given an upgrade at no cost. But, there was one big issue: the soundproofing between rooms (and especially the floor above) is inadequate. They were very full the Saturday I stayed, and noise from other patrons went well into the night - and then started again at 4am, so not a relaxing stay. This was partly due to the obnoxiousness of a group staying in the hotel, but that means you may experience the same. Cost was about average for Bloomington - which is to say, more pricey than it should be.
