This is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to all the sights of Chicago. Service was excellent. The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed. Food was also excellent.
I highly recommend staying here.

Chose Pendry over others based on friends recommendation having stayed at their Baltimore property. They didn’t disappoint. The main things that they didn’t have weren’t really in their control based on the historic building the hotel is in. A pool or spa would have been great and bigger bathrooms but again that’s not possible so can’t hold it against them. 99% of the staff in phenomenal but a few did disappoint. But no one is perfect.

We stayed over the weekend in a suite - very spacious and well maintained. Cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly, service otherwise was generally good but valet parking did take a bit longer than expected. This was the only minor point in an otherwise excellent stay. The bar is terrific for well-made cocktails and location ideal for tourist sites. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Chicago.

The Pendry Hospitality and service is bar none. They have really taken hospitality to a place you feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was excellent, housekeeping team is outstanding and everyone seems to care about what they are doing.

An amazing hotel that pays attention to the details and makes you feel welcome form the minute you walk in. The front desk was very responsive and kind. The rooms were so spacious, chic and clean, was surprised when I returned to my room to a sweet treat for turn down! Will be staying again and now one of my favorite Chicago hotels!

One of the most iconic, classic, beautiful Michigan Avenue hotels, Pendry has set the bar high in a new perfect location; with contemporary spaces combined with the building's original Art Deco features. Not to be missed and definitely worth a stay!
