Very clean and Disinfected professionally. Beds comfortable and pillows firm! Word of advise, if you arrive after 6:00 pm don’t expect friendly service this is the 2nd time, the customer service rep snapped at me when I asked for water and extra coffee bags. I went to Kroger behind the hotel and bought my own coffee, water, and necessities.

Hi cjroth257,
I am very happy you found our property to be clean and disinfected professionally. I am always so happy when our guests lets us know they have slept well and find our beds and pillows firm and comfy. I am a little taken back a bit by the service you received after 6:00 p.m. This is unacceptable behavior. I am so sorry you were made to feel this way and I am so embarrassed that I have a Front Desk Rep that would snap at anyone and not give Customer Appreciation 100%. If guests ask us for coffee, water, needle and thread, whatever they need we try and meet their requests. I promise I will work on this right away. You should not have had to go to Kroger and purchase your own coffee and water. We are located in a great area for our guests to have a shopping center near by, but not to pick up things, due to someone being snappy or anything less than kind and appreciative. I do apologize once again. You will be receiving an email from me in the very near future. Please, know how much I appreciate you staying with us and we want to keep you as one of our Loyal Hampton Inn - Guests. Stay Safe . WD

Stayed overnight while traveling, we chose this place because it wasn’t right on the interstate. It’s nice to not have the interstate noise while sleeping. I was very pleased with this hotel. It was quiet, and very clean. Staff was visible cleaning all areas of the hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Will stay here again

I am so happy you were able to get a good nights sleep without any noise from traffic. My team works very hard to try and keep everything clean and sanitized, we always have, but now more than ever. We experienced several weekend seminars with Hampton Inn -Warner Robins. It seems like for each seminar the service and accommodations just keep getting better. My hat is off to the excellent management with reservations, front desk, room service, food services, and custodian service. Top notch in every aspect

I really would have given them a 5 if they had replaced our towels at least once. We stayed 3 nights we had the do not disturb the first night. After the second night we didn’t place the do not disturb sign when we left for the day thinking they’d replenish us for the last night. Maybe you have to ask Bc of Covid. Not sure. It’s clean and quiet and we had no other issues. We will probably stay here again Bc we are in the area over and over with family get togethers. We never ate breakfast there Bc of plans.

Hi ChrisS886, Thank you for staying with our hotel. We appreciate you being our guest. We do have restrictions in place due to COVID. We ask that our guests call the front desk by 10:00 a.m. to let us know if you will be needing Housekeeping Service. I certainly do apologize that we fell short on that. We would have certainly changed out your towels and cleaned your room anytime you requested Housekeeping to do so.
We would love to have you back with us. Our breakfast is fully open and we have many items to chose from. Maybe next time you will have the opportunity to dine in with us.

Did not have a reservation and we were welcomed! Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Room was very comfortable and we slept well. Hot and cold breakfast choices and breakfast area very clean. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
