Although the units furnishings are dated and maintenance is needed throughout the resort. We had a great time in this very quiet and relaxed resort. Plenty of on site sporting activities available and workout room. The pool is large and was never busy. The hot tub and pool were heated perfectly.
Friendly staff who let us enjoy the resort in peace. Wonderful walking paths starting a the resort. Shopping and beaches close by. Excellent kayaking in the area. Would return again. Hope management works on updating and attending to details and replacing beds and appliances.

We visited April 7-14, 2018. Our purpose was to explore N. FL. The resort location is perfect for visiting St. Augustine and Amelia Island or driving S. along A1A to Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach. We stayed an extra day due to winter storms in the midwest and they were able to accommodate us. We spent a couple days relaxing by the pool and enjoying our 2BR unit too.

We enjoyed our stay at Legacy. It is convenient to Flagler and St Augustine and there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities within an easy drive. The European Market Place is an easy walk. We especially enjoyed the walking trails nearby and the beautiful swimming pool. The unit itself does need updating. There were chipped counter tops and chips in the cabinets. However it was very clean and comfortable with ample storage and supplies.

We stayed in Building 5 UnitD. This unit has not been newly decorated so furnishing are on the older side. Some other units have recently been updated. We love it anyway and it has been our unit of choice for the past 4 or 5 years. It gets the afternoon sun on the lovely, very large screened lanai. There are dishes for six in the cupboards. There are two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit. There are 18 buildings at the resort. The layout of each unit is identical. Each building has four units, two first floor units and two second floor units. There are no elevators. If you bring bicycles you may store them in your unit. The resort is located on the Intracoastal Waterway along which there is a lovely several mile long walkway. The staff is outstanding and always welcoming and accommodating.

Room Tip: No accessible rooms that I am aware of. Best to check with resort.
