Dillon was an absolutely amazing shuttle driver. He made us feel comfortable and confident with where we going and the situation we were in ( delayed flight )... He was very accommodating and courteous, and even offered to take us to food destinations free of charge, refusing tips... He was the icing on the cake of our vacation. 10/10 would recommend this hotel and Dillon to anybody!!!

dillon was a great shuttle driver. he was so helpful and really made us feel better about our flight getting cancelled and offered to drive us wherever we wanted within 2 miles and let us know of popular places we could go to eat or to a movie for fun. he also let us know the shuttle was 24 hours so we knew we could take the shuttle to get our bags if we needed to. I look forward to traveling to florida again and staying at this hotel because dillon made it so convenient for us to get around when we have no other transportation. 100/10 for dillon. he is awesome! so upbeat and welcoming. love meeting people like him. definitely would come back again just because he was so helpful and kind to us in a really horrible situation.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful with information about the local restaurants. Each morning the breakfast was very well maintained and never needed or wanted anything. I would definitely stay here again!

After being in the room which was very nice for two nights we needed to move to another area close by, but we had relatives coming so we did not check out of the hotel. We told the manager where we would be and that our relatives would be coming in to stay in the room we already had at Hampton Inn. We left a few personal items in the room, gifts with names on them and our snacks and drinks since we could not take them where we were going and the relatives would be there the next day. When the relatives got there the food, drinks and gifts were gone. The room was still in our name. My wife was told someone must have broken in the room during the night we were not there. Then they gave a different story to our relatives. They said the cleaning people must have thrown out the items. The cleaning people claim they never saw the items. If someone broke in why would they just break into that room and take presents and not break into any other room and take items. I didn’t feel that the management did enough to find our presents so I filed a police report and then checked our relatives out of that hotel and into a Holiday Inn near by. I travel a lot and use Hilton and have Hilton Honors. We are very unhappy with Hampton Inn.

Room Tip: Watch out for housekeeping.

As you and I discussed during your stay our management team and staff take this issue that occurred very seriously. We sincerely apologize for the items that were removed from your room. Which is why our staff at midnight went out and bought toys as a replacement as soon as the issue was brought to our attention. We also value you as a Hilton Honors member and refunded your stay with us. Our team vales the security of our guests and employees and will ensure a similar incident doesn't occur again. Nice hotel close to the airport with a single room large enough to comfortably fit 5 including 3 teens. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold food. Stayed in October 2017 for a night for a family trip. Returned in May since management got us an unsolicted ride to the airport in a car service after both hotel shuttles were full. It was a great management decision that made our decision to return easy.
