This is a difficult hotel for me to review. We wanted to try something different and this was! The hotel itself was comfortable but bland. About 5 minutes walk to the beach which was covered in sun loungers and parasols, each hotel had their own section free to use. For your evening meal you have to order the night before, portions weren’t huge, but filling. Most evenings we didn’t get our starter until 8pm. There was a salad bar and vegetables which you could help yourself to but veg was Luke warm. There was some kind of pasta on every day which after 2 weeks you get a bit fed up of. Deserts ok but nothing exciting. There was a free safe but only big enough for wallet, I pad too big, free Wi-fi. The air conditioning was 7e per night which I thought was a bit expensive. Visitors tax 30e. Free bike hire which was handy to go to the big supermarket 5 minutes bike ride away where the water was .17e a 2 litre bottle. To go to Venice it’s easy on the bus, 20.5 e each that’s for the bus there and back and the boat crossings. The tickets are bought from the tobacconist. The weather was lovely, the staff in the hotel were all very helpful, clean towels every day, soaps replaced daily. There was a nice street of shops to walk down in the next street with restaurants and bars. All in all a nice relaxing holiday but not one I’d say I’d go back to.

Stayed one night in this very convenient and reasonable hotel right across the highway from MIA. Nice amenities, renovated, pool and free hot breakfast with great OJ are big pluses. Just wish their window glass was a bit more sound proof given the proximity to the runway but can’t expect that being so close all sound is blocked. Overall totally recommended.

Location was ok - near the airport so was very quiet, only about 15 minutes to downtown Miami. Strip mall just down the road which had a supermarket, alcohol store and some pretty good restaurants - and hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby. Have stayed in many Pullmans and this one was my least favourite - staff and environment just didn't feel warming and friendly, felt a bit 'elitist'. But room (suite) was great, pool area looked good and the breakfast was nice

Stayed: April 2018

On the negative side: the room had a bad smell, like tobacco; in the gym, the stationary bike has not been working for weeks and there were no towels.
On the positive side: staff is very nice, location is good, bar is great.
