The hotel staff, room, location and cleanliness were all very good; however, the noise level was very loud due to the hotel being so close to the road, and the garbage trucks coming in at 3:45am and beeping for about 15mins. More

What a pit. The only good thing about this place is the pool area. We supposedly had their best room, but it was merely two rooms linked together with one of them a very rudimentary kitchen. No comfy furniture whatsoever -- the sofa was old and dated. I feel sorry for the front desk people who work there as they were very nice, but AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We found another hotel and did not even stay here after using our Royal Holiday points.

The location of hotel was great near everything, the staff was welcoming, The pool was nice. The size of the hotel complex was good due to the fact that is not so big. I would book this hotel again. Ok

The facility is overall good. The onsite laundry was inoperable, and my room had power outlets out of order, and the mattress feels like 500# was rest on the bed for over a year and never moved. The mattress had a noticible outline of where its failed from repeated years of people sitting in the one spot. I tried the other bed and it was more comfortable than the other, but not as comfortable as a sack of raw potatoes. Service and friendliness at the location is great

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was 30 minutes or less from all attractions. The pool area was pleasant, they also have an area for kids. The one thing I would add is a gate around the playground so kids can't run from the slide straight into the pool.

Close from Orlando Airport so great place to start our holiday. It has much to offer around the location and Racetrack next door so no need to make a coffee !! All very clean and tidy. Little noisey if you at front but that's to be expected as where you are, it's busy. Great pool area and staff were very accommodating.
