The hotel was nice, staff friendly. BUT why would you have to pay a daily parking fee of 17.00. That charge is unacceptable. We paid 25.00 ad day parking for jet ski trailer which is fine But to to charge additional 17.00 a day to park our vehicle while staying is obsurd

Susie was amazing!!!! We evacuated from Lee County Florida to this hotel for Hurricane Milton. We were tired, frazzled and arrived earlier than expected. She looked up our reservation and she could see I was a bit of a wreck and said. Let me look up your reservation. She then said witha smile I have a room ready for you and you can check in now. I was so happy I could hardly stand it. She checked us in and we went to our room and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite! What a wonderful surprise! Her attention to detail made our gloomy a day a beautiful biggt spot. Susie, thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!We love this place. Service is always top notch! Has a great pool, restaurant attached. Truly an oasis that we needed. We are Bonvoy members and truly greatful for this excellent customer service experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn! The staff was very friendly. Susie took care of us. She was very friendly and helpful. When she found out we were visiting for our Anniversary she upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view. The rooms were very clean and modern. Beautiful grounds! We definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

The Fairfield Inn was fairly empty due to impending hurricane Helene. The room was clean and the breakfast was adequate, but the best part was the customer service. The pool tiki bar was staffed by Gonzo, Paul Gonzalez. He not only made a very good drink, he provided some great recommendations for things to do in the Keys. We enjoyed visiting with him.

Booked this hotel last minute as the place we were meant to be staying wasn't what we expected. Felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything you would expect from a "chain" hotel with breakfast included. Plenty of parking, small pool but was quiet during the time we stayed
