I love this place. The staff are amazing and they really do make the experience special. Gabrielle always remembers us and really cares about making sure everything is done right. This is our 4 trip in a year. We will be back. By the way the food at the Butterfly cafe is amazing. Jasmine is a great server!

Upon walking into the lobby at Tranquility Bay, the front desk staff was so kind and inviting! We got to the resort a little early and our villa wasn't ready yet, but the front desk staff held our luggage for us while we enjoyed the resort. We walked around to get the lay of the land and ended up at TJ's Tiki Bar for a frozen cocktail right there on the beach. It was so beautiful! Once we got to our villa it was much bigger than I expected. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items, pots, pans, plate, cups, etc. One morning, we had a breakfast box delivered to our villa and it was so great! The breakfast box had so much food! We had enough for the next morning. Definitely worth the money.

The resort is like a home away from home. Everyone is just so nice. When you walk around you will see nothing but warm smiles and hard workers. They really care about the resort and it shows in how well the grounds are maintained and the rooms are spotless! Stay here if you need to recharge your batteries!

This resort is so beautiful! We had a beach front villa. You could open the French doors to step onto the white sand and the gulf waters. There were plenty of activities for my 3 grown children to enjoy, while my husband and I relaxed and enjoyed the serenity. We will be back!!!
