The toilet is filthy, water tank cracked, missing light lense in the fan, very small TV. This place is a Rat Role. Only one person to cook and serve breakfast. No light outside the room, creating a huge liability. No maintenance done on the outside of the property. I do not recommend this place at all. :( This is a one star hotel.

What a lovely getaway! It felt like I was on a secluded island and it was PERFECT! The resort itself is clean, inviting, and the view is breathtaking. Staff is another reason that make this resort what it is. They're friendly, helpful, and prompt with anything. I highly recommend the Rainbow Bend Resort!

I write this as a former director of a 14K acre four season resort with a hotel, condos and private home rental along with a large ski mountain and golf course for our guests. Both my wife and I felt Rainbows Bend over delivered vs our expectations. The ground floor unit and beautiful private beach were wonderful especially due to my wife being handicapped and our ground floor patio was delightful. The King size bed was extremely comfortable, the wifi was adequate and the bathroom/shower was large and gorgeous. The breakfast was great though we missed 2 mornings due to early morning snorkeling and fishing tours. We particularly enjoyed the pool and loved the hot tub, though It would have been nice to have it open past sundown, especially since it got dark so early after DST. We weren't sure if we had used the hot tub at 7p if we would get in trouble so we didn't. Parking
was nice and close and check in/out was convenient and EZ. The only comment I rated at 6 was due to being told we'd have an oven in our room, but only had a microwave and 2 burner gas top, which served our needs. I wish we could have hit the restaurant on the evening of our arrival or Monday night as unfortunately we weren't aware it would be closed on T-W. I would highly recommend Rainbow Bend to others and will definitely book a unit in the future.

This is our 5th trip to The Rainbow Bend Resort and we look forward to going again. Resort has it's own little beach with lounge chairs and pool. The palm trees are beautiful and the staff is friendly.

The website shows wonderful pictures of the "resort". I believe they chose certain angles to take the pictures to have them look the way they do. The overall place needs updated and cleaned up. The best part of the place is the view of the ocean. I would not consider it Beach front since you can't really enjoy the beach and get into the water because there is no walk in area... The No seeums are atrocious and would have been nice to get a heads up on that as well instead of lounging outside getting eaten up like a full course meal and be uncomfortable the rest of our stay. The small restaurant breakfast was mediocre and was included in the "resort" fee so we did partake 2 out of our 4 days. Not really sure what else the "resort" fee covered. I would not consider it a resort... Really no amenities available to enjoy
