This place is amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking. It has a kitchen so that you can cook meals for your family, make snacks, etc. The balconies each have 2 chairs, ottomans, and a table and is the perfect place to take in the sunset, drink coffee in the morning, drink cocktails and stare at the water, take a nap, or whatever your heart desires while on vacation. The staff was very friendly and always available to assist. The location is quiet and makes you feel secluded. They provide plenty of towels and extra bedding is a call away.
My only suggestion, put a baking sheet in the kitchen for warming up food or baking. There are some amazing restaurants around and yes, even though there is a microwave, warming food in the oven is so much better, especially the brick oven pizzas.

We stayed at Beachside Resort for a short 3-night stay in Key West, booked last minute via Expedia. Just 6 minutes from Key West airport! I had initial hesitancy in booking after seeing some of the more recent negative reviews but am happy to try to put other travelers at ease. This resort recently changed management, and the previous corporate owner quite literally abandoned the staff in the middle of the night, creating a difficult situation for all involved at the time. The current staff through Brightwild was fabulous. We were greeted with cold champagne. Everything is digital, and you can maintain contact through text messaging. The pool area is very well maintained and was a nice temperature throughout the visit. Chicken Walk poolside bar had great service. The Ceviche is delicious. There is no housekeeping unless requested but easy with text messaging. There is a small beach area that isn't much to write home about, but there nonetheless. Tavern n Town on the property has a decent bar happy hour but the regular menu is $$$. There is a walkable Starbucks less than 5 minutes away at a neighboring hotel, but other restaurants/shopping are a bit of a hike. A very nice perk is the hourly shuttle, leaving the resort on the hour from 8 am to 11 pm for free! It takes you to 2 popular stops downtown. This was great. Dale was our concierge and booked a snorkel tour for us. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Overall, this resort was solid and we would stay again!

The room was clean, large and well equipped. Christina and Danielle at the front desk were absolutely amazing. The shuttle to Duval St. was always on time and a wonderful amenity. The restaurant had amazing food and fantastic service. Definitely worth every Penny.
