Had a perfect week here. Check-in was super easy and we liked the fact that the office staff walks you to your room to reassure that there aren’t any issues with it. We found our (standard, non-private patio) king suite to be a comfortable size and especially loved the bathroom. The only issue we had during our entire stay was that our provided safe was not working; they had it fixed within a few hours of checking in and texted us to confirm. Housekeeping came by every day (sometimes twice!), and if you hang the “do not disturb” sign and miss it, you can always text the office to be put back on the rotation. Every staff member we saw was super friendly.
The breakfast was definitely our favorite part of the stay; marketing it as a continental breakfast is almost disingenuous because it was so much better than that. Different craft pastries, smoothies, overnight oats, etc. were offered every day in addition to a parfait bar, spread of meats and cheeses, breads and more.
Parking on site is not really necessary since there is ample street parking all around. The bar was convenient and prices were pretty average.
The only criticism we have is that there were quite a few redundant discount/promo codes advertised on the parent website when we booked. For instance, there were three codes that offered 25% off, but one of them provided an additional credit of $100 to use at the bar + convenience area and another waived the amenity fee. Obviously, saving money is great, but it just felt a bit weird having to do the math to see which one was the best.
Overall, would absolutely love to come back!
