I hate leaving a poor review, but the hotel leaves me no choice but to do so.
It Overpromises and underperforms big time. The pool was disgusting, super dirty inside and full of empty cups and trash all around the pool. The one and only server from the bar kept bringing food to people inside the pool, almost encouraging them to eat it in there, WTH… There were families eating and washing their hands inside the pool, even cleaning their teeth..servers saw this and didnt do a thing, even after I respectfully asked them. The bartender offered me a drink as an apology, and didnt care to ask people to eat their food at the tables, seriously?. The hotel is clearly understaffed hence dirty everywhere.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the keys, Im super embarrased with my family after having such a gross experience at this hotel, not the kind of stay you hope for After driving 4+ hours to key west.

I was surprised to learn there was a resort fee that is Mandatory in order to stay there.I can't be that having a pool would qualify as a Resort.Beware

Great place and a great price.room was clean and Well kept. Grounds were well kept. Quite and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to amenities.
