Our bathroom had black mildew in 2 corners, the bathroom room door creaks badly, there was no shampoo in the shampoo holder, and the air conditioner would not go to the intended temperature so it had to be turned off and on to get the desired temperature in the room. I know it was blamed on Covid, but we had no housekeeping during our 3 day stay and had to get clean towels, etc. from the front office.

This Courtyard needs a renovation- seems very old and outdated. The location is good, near the beach and several restaurants, but not worth the price. The best things: room was clean and we were able to check in early @ 2:00, otherwise the service was poor with no one answering the front desk phone for 90 mins. I’d recommend other hotels in the area.

The hotel had no hot water
The front desk and housekeeping would not answer the phone. I had to call valet services and ask them to ask the front desk to answer their phone.
The bathroom floor was filthy with dirt and a lot of hair.
I didn’t realize we didn’t have hot water until 10pm. We would not have checked in if we knew that. The hotel should refund the rate charged.

FIX the hot water though! I enjoy the corner 1 bedroom rooms, and the rooms that face the downtown and intracoastal. You will enjoy.
