We chose this spot for its locally sourced reputation. I was disappointed. In a Sunday evening it wasn’t crowded, yet guests were seated all squished together. We spent our $100 meal listening to a couple negotiate their divorce agreement, literally 2 feet away. The service as ambiance was great, however, for tiny portions at a high end price I expected to be wowed. The fries were half perfect, the other half limp and soggy. We will find another option for a high end dinner next time!

You may have read these words from me on a previous review but they are very applicable here: Service, Food, Ambiance......The perfect trifecta for a great dining experience! Someone recommended this restaurant to us and it was a bit out - of -the-way from our hotel, but sometimes you just need to take a chance. The location appears to be in a business section of town. On an early Sunday evening the area is quiet but parking is not a problem. The decor here is industrial with high ceilings, some iron and wood but very fresh and trendy. The bar area is very large and the dining seating is plentiful. There is ample space between tables so personal conversations can remain private. The service here is impeccable. Our server Sarah, was the best there is. She was knowledgable about the food, wine, local area, surrounding areas and a real pleasure to talk with. But the food here is creative from beginning to the end. Attention to detail is visible here. The presentation of the food is beautiful and the flavors will awaken your taste buds. We started with the crispy broccoli dish. Who knew broccoli could be so enjoyable. Our entrees included a wagyu short rib dish and the porchetta dish. The complexity of flavors was amazing and with each bite you kinda sat there and began to savor and try to dissect all the ingredients in the dish. It was a culinary vacation with amazing experiences and tastes and visually creative food. We LOVED this place. If you are a local, you are lucky to be nearby to dine here again and again . For those of us passing through, thank you for being a diamond in the rough, this meal was the best of a two week road trip.

Everything from the atmosphere, wait staff, food and drinks where phenomenal! I really like how they source locally first. It seems as though a lot of love goes into their food. They have a great selection of wine, cocktails (especially whisky), and craft beers. Amazing charcuterie and cheese sampler. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Smoked Porchetta Pork dish. I highly recommend experiencing this restaurant for yourself!

We went here to celebrate daughter getting her BSN. So great to have all the Colorado kids together. Great place. Food was amazing. Took us a long time to pick out our drinks and dinner but everything was fantastic. We tried so many different things than we normally have and it was very nice. Beet salad. Short ribs. Salmon. Porcetta and cheese and ham boards of ham and cheese that we have never had before. Drinks and wine were fun and delicious. So many options. Can't wait to go back. Probably for lunch though so we can try lunch items not available at dinner.
