We have stayed here approximately 20 times in the last 30 years. There has never been a time that was less than relaxing and regenerating. The Lodge is across the street and up a short hill from the pool. You get free all day pool passes and free freshly cooked breakfasts in the grill at the pool for all days that you are there. I had a recent question about the discount we were to receive for staying 3 consecutive days (15%). Loretta called me to personally clarify what is somewhat confusing if you are booking via their website. Top notch customer service. I frequently recommend this Lodge to anyone looking for a great family vacation. If you stay during the warm season you will need little other than a swim suit and pool footwear.

Room Tip: All the rooms that we have stayed in are all excellent. With the pool so close you won't be in your room

My friend and I had a girls get away to Glenwood Springs. It is a favorite place of mine because I love to swim and soak up the sun.
It was absolutely perfect weather today; in the 80’s, mostly sunny with a light breeze.
We rented a cabana which has doubled in price since the last time I rented one 4 years ago. It is now $150/day. The price was disappointing but it sure is nice to get away from the sun when you’re hot. Also, you get a concierge who will bring you towels, water and food. We drank lots of water and had a chicken wrap from the menu. It was good, nothing to write home about. It also has a refrigerator and ceiling fan, lots of seating and lounge chairs. Super nice, just a little pricy.
A great thanks to Lily, our server. She was excellent as she is very knowledgeable about the Springs and told us all about how it works. She also really stayed on top of bringing us water and anything we needed. She even went out of her way to find answers to a couple of questions we had. She is a great at her job. Friendly without being too peppy, quick when asked for something; just a genuine person.
I am deducting a star for parking (we had to walk quite a ways) and
the price. They desperately need parking!
The water was great as always!
We bought slide passes but did not use them. We left them with Lily to give to someone tomorrow.
Great place! Always worth the trip.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. We loved it, especially because we could walk back and forth to the hot springs pool! Our kids didn't want to leave. Breakfast is actually at the pool's cafe. It was nice enough with omelets, bacon, hashbrowns and continental style other items.

The hotel is in walking distance to everything! Great bike/rafting company, Hotel Colorado, downtown Glenwood Springs.

We had 1st floor acess to tables and chairs as our back patio. Very nice with young kids to eat pizza outside for dinner!

The only reason I gave the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort four stars and not five is that our room seemed very small for the price we paid. Keeping in mind that the price included two entry passes to the Hot Springs Pool (normally $27 each at the time of this entry); an over-the-top breakfast at the Grill (omelets made to order, bacon, PLUS everything else you would normally see at a lower-cost establishment); the bed was comfortable and clean; and the property was well-kept and tidy, it was very nice, all in all - I'm just not sure it was worth over $300 per night. The room had a small fridge, nice TV, microwave, coffee pot and a safe. The staff was friendly, but not a whole lot of help when asked where to find things. You can't stay closer to the pool, though - it's right across the street!

Summer vacation with our 2 grandsons aged 4 & 9. We all had a wonderful time ❤️ they loved the pool side breakfast and swimming every day especially at night staying at the lodge was worth the inclusion of the great breakfast offered and unlimited pool access!! We traveled by amtrak and the shuttle service was a blessing.
